This 12 week Kickstart program is designed for mums that understand rehab is essential for building a strong core foundation to support the safe return to sport or exercise after having a baby. This 12 week Kickstart program is a tailored rehab plan to suit your individual recovery and suitable for c-section mums also.
The program begins with a live zoom assessment and the plan is built from there, with a combination of videos, programs, live zoom sessions and 1-1 zoom sessions, we have you covered. You will join a community of mums all on the same journey to rehab, build strength, improve fitness and feel amazing. Within the program you will also have access to guest expert sessions that further support your journey as a new mum.
